architectural review Committee (A.R.C.)

The Architectural Review Committee is in place to ensure property values stay strong and deal with any attempt that would harm your property or the enjoyment of your property by others.  The A.R.C.  is responsible for reviewing and assisting members with  improvements and maintenance to comply with the Declaration of Restrictions (CC&Rs) and the Property Rules of Alpine Heights.  Plans for all work must be submitted  to the A.R.C before you start.  Failure to do so can result in fines. You must also comply with the Town of Payson codes and ordinances.  A full explanation and application is below.
