MEETINGS

Board meetings are held on a quarterly basis or as required by HOA matters.  Notices for these meetings will be emailed 7 days prior to the meeting.  All are welcome to attend these meetings and are encouraged to offer your service as a board member candidate.  

If necessary, the Board will also meet exclusively for executive meetings that pertain to legal or private violation matters as required.  These meetings are NOT open to the public. A.R.S. 33-1804.

The Annual Meeting is held on the first Saturday of October, when the community gathers to hear the Board's annual reports, annual financial statement, and to elect new Board members for a 2 year term.
