Board meetings are held as required for matters that come before the HOA. Notices for these meetings are emailed 48 hours in advance. For an emergency meeting, notices are emailed 24 hours in advance. All are welcome to attend and are encouraged to get involved in the HOA.
If necessary, the Board will conduct an executive session which pertains to legal or private violation matters. These meetings are NOT open to the public. A.R.S. 33-1804.
The Annual Homeowner Association Meeting is held on the first Saturday of October every year. The community gathers to hear the Board's annual reports, annual financial statement, and to elect new Board members for a 2 year term.
Unless otherwise noted, meetings are conducted at Holy Nativity Church, 1414 East Easy St in Payson.
