The Architectural Review Committee (A.R.C.) is in place as a safeguard to ensure your property values stay strong and help deal with any attempt that would hurt your property or the enjoyment of your property by other owners. The A.R.C. is responsible for reviewing and assisting member's with their lot improvements and maintenance to assure they are in compliance with the Deed of Restrictions (D of R's) and the Property Rules of Alpine Heights. Plans for ALL work done MUST be submitted BEFORE you start the work to the A.R.C. Failure to do so can result in fines, a lien on your property and legal ramifications. It is much easier to work with us from the beginning than trying to remedy a violation for failure to report. Remember you MUST comply with ALL Town codes, ordinances, and protocols. If you are in violation with the Town Code, you are in violation with the A.R.C. and will be fined accordingly. Some of the things you must report are: Exterior Paint (even if it's the same color), Solar Installations, Roofing Repairs and Installations, Excavation of Any Kind, Rock Work, Driveways, Pavers, Fencing, Walls, Storage Sheds, Garages, Gazebos, Flag Poles, Sun Shades, Deck Repair, etc. Please refer to the below document for full explanation and other requirements BEFORE you start work and fill out the form below and submit to the A.R.C. for approval.
