The Annual Dues/Assessments Notice has been sent out. The amount is staying at $35 and should be returned, either online or via mail, by October first. Watch for your notice with details from the HOA and Community Accounting, LLC. 

Ballots for Board Member election and  approval of the 2023 Annual Meeting Minutes will be sent out on September 13th. Every vote helps toward meeting Quorum so please vote even if you aren't able to attend the meeting.

I have served on several HOA boards; headed a neighborhood irrigation association and was Treasurer of our son’s football Booster Club.  Most recently I served as a replacement board member for the Alpine Heights HOA in 2023. 

My knowledge and experience with HOA’s, and what I’ve learned as a real estate Broker, has broadened my knowledge over the years. I firmly believe board members have a fiduciary responsibility to all members of the community and should be held to the highest standard. All opinions and suggestions deserve to be heard and considered. 

Integrity, trust and accountability are paramount to me. And keeping a close eye on spending and protecting members’ dues are vitally important as well.

We live in one of the most beautiful neighbors of Payson. Our deed restrictions have kept it that way and will continue to do so in the future.
