Frequently Asked Questions

Our CC&Rs are called the Declaration of Restrictions, or DofRs. We also have Property Rules. Both documents can be found in the "Documents" tab of the web page.

Our deed restrictions prohibit  short term rentals in Alpine Heights.  Leases of 6 months or more are required if you plan to rent out your home.  We vigorously enforce this policy.

It's a coordinated effort by owners in Alpine Heights to minimize the spread of wildfires that could destroy our mountain paradise.  Keeping trees and brushe trimmed and away from structures is vital. And each spring  the AHHOA provides a complimentary haul off.

Simply email us at ahpaysonboard@gmail.com and an Officer of the Alpine Heights Homeowners Association will promptly respond.

Any changes to the exterior of your property need to be documented with the Architectural Review Committee (ARC). The form to be used is listed under the "Architectural Review"  tab.

Don't feed the elk, javelina and other wildlife that wander through Alpine Heights. In addition to being fined by AZ Fish & Game, you risk injury if an elk charges or a javelina bites. Help keep wildlife wild, and don't make them dependent on humans.
